this company used to be good when Ada was working for them and I ordered many times with success. since then, they have been replaced by ‘Dora Lin’ who did not keep me updated with the order, and only told me they hadn’t shipped my order AFTER I enquired about where it was. the order was for an event, and time was crucial. I requested a refund 7 times to which Dora ignored every response by unprofessionally saying ‘please’ repeatedly and asking me to ‘please give me a chance’ as if they were an ex-girlfriend, and ignored my refund request. the items turned up after my event so all items are useless and have to go to charity, the quality is NOT as good as when it was Ada Lin, and I have some items that are not the same size on the label as I ordered. avoid this company.
